  12. Motor Options: Compatible with standard Y series, YB series three-phase motors, as well as DC motors and permanent magnet motors.

  14. Installation Options: Available in low-foot and center-line mounting configurations, suitable for different temperature media. Basic models use bottom support, while high-temperature models use central support.

  16. Axial Force Management: The pump’s axial force is primarily balanced by the impeller and self-balancing structure, with residual axial force managed by thrust bearings.
  17. Forced Circulation: Optional auxiliary impeller can be used to ensure circulation and prevent bubble accumulation, maintaining flow.
  18. Durable Bearings: Equipped with thick, heavy-duty ceramic thrust bearings made from high-purity silicon carbide (SiC) with a unique dual-bearing centering design and advanced fluid dynamic lubrication structure for reliable operation and extended bearing life.
  19. Specialized Lubrication and Cooling: Features an internal circulation system that removes heat generated by eddy currents in the isolation sleeve and lubricates sliding bearings, ensuring balanced axial force and safe pump operation.
  20. Fully Sealed Magnetic Rotors: Both the internal and external magnetic rotors are fully sealed to prevent corrosion and degradation of magnetic properties in corrosive environments.
  21. Advanced Inducer Technology: Reduces the required cavitation margin.
  22. Isolation Sleeve Capabilities: Equipped with complete drainage (for maintenance) and automatic air evacuation (for pre-startup) capabilities. Made from high-quality stainless steel using advanced manufacturing techniques.
  23. Modular Design: Components are designed to be modular with good interchangeability.
  24. Protection and Monitoring:
    • Dry Running and Low Flow Protection: Prevents damage due to dry running, low liquid flow, or cavitation. Includes over-pressure, under-pressure, phase imbalance, and phase loss protection, with a response time of ≤10 seconds.
    • Flow Monitoring: Monitors main circulation flow to protect the magnetic pump.
    • Additional Monitoring: Options for temperature, pressure, and bearing monitoring based on customer requirements to ensure safe system operation.
