Applications

The QBVF type fluorine-lined ball valve features an interior and ball coated with high-pressure injection molded perfluoroethylene (F46), known for its excellent corrosion and aging resistance. This provides reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. It effectively regulates or shuts off highly corrosive media like acids and alkalis during production processes and shows significant performance in water treatment control.

  1. High Chemical Stability: The ball valve is lined with FEP, offering extremely high chemical stability. It can withstand all strong corrosive substances except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
  2. Full Bore, Floating Ball Structure: The valve features a full-bore, floating ball design, allowing for leak-free closure across the entire pressure range. This design facilitates smooth pipeline clearing and maintenance.
  3. Integral Ball and Stem: The ball and stem are cast (or forged) as a single piece, eliminating the risk of the stem being pushed out of the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, thus fundamentally ensuring operational safety.
  4. Compact and Efficient Design: The compact, rational structure minimizes the internal cavity space of the valve body, reducing medium retention. Additionally, the special molding process ensures good sealing face density, and the use of PTFE packing in a V-ring combination achieves zero leakage.
  5. Two-Piece and Three-Piece Structures: The valve is available in two-piece and three-piece configurations to suit various pipeline systems and operating conditions. The three-piece ball valve allows the main body to be separated from the side bodies, enabling quick online replacement and maintenance.
