Assembly and Installation

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure all parts are clean and free from damage.
   • Verify that all components, such as seals and gaskets, are in good condition.
2. Installation:
   • Mount the pump on the pipeline, ensuring it is properly aligned.
   • Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the pump. Ensure that all connections are secure and leak-free.
   • Tighten all fasteners and check for alignment.
3. Priming:
   • Before starting the pump, ensure that it is properly primed by filling it with the liquid to be pumped.
   • If necessary, use a vacuum pump to remove air from the system.
4. Start-Up:
   • Open the discharge valve gradually to avoid sudden pressure surges.
   • Start the pump and check for smooth operation and correct flow.
   • Monitor the pump for any unusual noises or vibrations.
5. Shutdown:
   • Gradually close the discharge valve before stopping the pump.
